4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of service.
In the event of a pricing error on our Store, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and provide a full refund if your order is cancelled for this reason.
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud detection systems.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once the brand has shipped your order, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us at carter@whitebrotherselectricsupply.com immediately if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Our products ship directly from the brands that make them, through Shopify Collective. White Brothers Electric Supply LLC is the seller of record for every order and handles all customer service, returns and warranty help.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from each brand's rates. Orders with products from more than one brand ship separately, each with its own tracking number. Delivery times, shipping areas and other details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. PRODUCT USE, INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Use every product as its manufacturer intends. Anything that connects to a building's electrical system, such as a solar array, battery bank, inverter, generator inlet or transfer switch, must be installed by a licensed electrician to the National Electrical Code and local codes. Never backfeed a building through an outlet. Use a transfer switch or a properly installed inlet instead.
By purchasing our products, you agree to:
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings
• Use a licensed electrician for any connection to a building's wiring
• Not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair any electrical component
• Keep lithium batteries within their rated temperature range and away from open flame, and follow local rules for using and recycling them
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from installation that doesn't meet code, misuse, or use against the manufacturer's instructions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Brothers Electric Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that performance will be uninterrupted or error-free. Actual solar output will vary based on geographic location, weather conditions, time of day, panel angle, and other environmental factors.
