Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Store. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions, specifications, and performance characteristics of our products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Store are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of service.
In the event of a pricing error on our Store, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and provide a full refund if your order is cancelled for this reason.
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud detection systems.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been processed and handed off to our shipping partner, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us at info@whitebrotherselectricsupply.com immediately if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Your Backcountry Solar Kit ships in two separate packages — one for the solar panel and one for the power bank — as they are sourced from different specialized suppliers. Both packages are covered under our shipping and return policies equally.
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery for US orders is 5–8 business days after processing. We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking numbers for both packages will be emailed to you once your order ships.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our products are designed for portable, off-grid use only. They are not intended for permanent hardwired electrical installation or for use in any application that requires a licensed electrician.
By purchasing our products, you agree to:
• Use all products in accordance with the included setup guide and manufacturer instructions
• Not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair any electrical component
• Keep lithium-ion batteries away from extreme heat, open flame, and water beyond the rated IP protection level
• Follow all applicable local regulations regarding the use and disposal of lithium-ion batteries
• Not use our products for any commercial, industrial, or mission-critical application without independent verification of suitability
We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from use of our products outside of their intended purpose or in violation of the included instructions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Brothers Electric Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the products, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that performance will be uninterrupted or error-free. Actual solar output will vary based on geographic location, weather conditions, time of day, panel angle, and other environmental factors.
